It’s
permissible with the Habashi
doctrine to seek refuge in other
than Allah, saying AUDHU
BIRASOOLILLAH I seek refuge in the
prophet!!([1]) This should be enough
to prove the deviant Fatwas of this
person.
It’s
also permissible to call upon the
dead saints for ones need, “for they
are able to listen to his call
whether from far: east or west, and
even exit their graves and respond
to the distressed one when he calls
them, they relieve his suffering,
give him his need, and then they
return to their graves ([2]). This
Fatwa contradicts the Qur’an (Don’t
call any with Allah) And the hadith
“If you ever ask, ask Allah, and if
you ever seek help, seek it from
Allah “The call (Du’aa) is worship .
which means that calling other than
Allah is considered a worship to
other than Allah. Sheikh Al-zabeedi
says “It is shameful with those of
faith to seek for their need other
than Allah while they hear Allah
saying (Isn’t Allah enough for His
servant) [It-haafussadah Almuttaqeen
9:498]. They even oppose the verse
they recite twenty times a day or
more in their prayer (It is You whom
we worship, from You we seek help)
when they direct the same term to
the dead saints or prophets saying
to them “ from you we seek help .
In his
book (Fat’hul Rahman) the Habashi
states that “Sheikh Abdul Qader
Jilani can extinguish hell fire
(Jahanam) by blowing on it if he
desires. (Recorded on video.) Just
recently when people questioned him
he suggested it to be erased from
his book!
He was asked about one who
prostrates to a statue that is not
being worshipped before: is it
Shirk? He replied “No, he is a
sinner but not Mushrik([3]) . It is
astonishing to consider it Shirk,
only when the idol becomes second
hand!
It is
permissible with Habashi to touch
the wall and stones of prophet’s or
saint’s grave [Awliyaa] to seek
blessings, claiming that “the grave
of Sheikh (Maaroof Al-karkhi) is a
well tester and experimented
medicine for one who visit it for
his need or calamity. This Fatwa
conflicts the verdict of Abu Hamed
Algazali who warned those who visit
Medina from touching the wall or
stone of the prophet’s grave saying
“Because this is the habit of the
Christians Al-nawawi cited the
scholar’s disapproval of this evil
action that is done usually by
ignorants, Assubki agreed to what
Alnawawi said ([4]).
He
says: It is likely that Allah throw
His prophets, pious onse in hell,
and reward the non-Mulims
disbelievers in Paradise.
(Manarulhuda 23:28).
It is
permissible with the Habashi that a
Muslim prays while mixed with feces
s dung and piss of dogs “his prayer
is valid, irrespective to what kind
of dirtiness sticking on him, light
or heavy
([5]) He also states that if one
goes to the bathroom and then delays
purifying himself from trace of
feces until after taking ablution
(Wudu) then his Wudu is valid. For
it is only preferable to clean ones
self from feces before making Wudu,
but not obligatory . He also
denounces those who use water for
purification([6]). However, this
filthy Fatwa conflicts with what was
authentically reported that “The
Prophet was ordered by Jibreel
[while praying] to take off his
shoes because they were dirty. It
also contradicts with the other
Habashi Fatwa “If the mother touches
urine of her baby while changing his
napkin: she committs major sin this
Fatwa forced his female students to
wear gloves when changing their
children’s napkin lest a drop of
urine reaches their skin. He also
considers the saliva that comes out
of the sleeping one is dirty, and
that the meat we buy must be washed
[Bugiah 121-122]. We ask the Habashi
this: Is the child’s urine dirtier
than the piss, and dung of the dog?
and is the saliva of the human same
in the case of dirtiness as dog?
He
curses some companions of the
prophet, describes Mu-aawiyah Ibn
Abi Sufian as an idol trader,
selling idols to the Indian pagans
to incite Idol worshipping([7]) This
is an offensive statement against
the prophet’s brother in law, the
way of Habashi is different from the
way of Al-Shafii who refused to
speak against those who preceded us
in faith. Once again we show how the
Habashi covers his deviant way by
alleging himself as Ash-Shafii
follower while he disagrees with
Al-Shafii.
He
says “having sexual intercourse with
a hermaphrodite Khunthaa during the
day of Ramadan does not break ones
fasting, as far as he (or she) has
two members, of which we don’t know
the original member of either([8]).
At the same page he states that
masterbating or intercoursing an
animal: both break ones fasting. We
are so sad to hear that masterbation
has worst result the intercoursing
with a half woman Mukhannath.!
He
claims that the paper money which is
currently used has no Zakah to be
paid upon, because Zakah should be
paid for one who possesses gold or
silver([9]) By this evil Fatwa he
discouraged people from paying
Zakah, made the rich people to
believe that they are poor despite
the millions of Paper money they
have, because they have papers not
gold or silver.
He
allowed Muslims to take Riba from
the Kafirs, saying “Take Riba from
the bank as far as the owner is
Christian or what ever, put your
money in a bank if one of it’s
contributors is Kafir, “take
interest as far as you are benefited
. This is a Jewish Fatwa which
Habashi attempts to re-enter in this
Ummah. It is the Jews who say “Do
not take Riba from your Israelite
brother, from others you can take
[Deuteronomy 15:1 see also 23:19].
Habashi’s Fatwa is based on a void
opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa that was
denounced by Imam Alshafii who said
“This is false, riba should not be
allowed after Allah disallowed it
(Al-um 8:538-539). We ask: Is
Habashi following Al-Shafii, or he
is using his name as a cover or
umbrella to be able to deceive the
Ummah?
He even allowed other ways to spoil
the Kuffaar, such as gambling with
them, playing lottery
([10])stealing, affirming that
“there is no peace treaty between
Muslims and Kafirs, and we are
allowed to spoil them in any way
since we are in a state of war with
all types of Non Muslims, and all
Kafirs should be considered as
warrior Kafirs. (Recorded on audio.)
But if this is hisconviction, why
then we find this special
relationship and support between the
Habashis and Christians? their
deputy in the parliament (Adnan
Tarabulsi) says “We have given
Christians thousands of our voices
for election and they did the same
for us, the other Islamic groups did
not vote for Christian candidates as
we did “ “We open our good hand of
co-operation to all Lebanese whether
Christians or seculars (Addiyar
magazine, see Manarul Huda 23:28 &
40:13) but their hands are not
opened to the Muslims.
Habashi allows playing tricks in
religion, calling it (Heelah
Shar-iyyah) for instance, he
disallowed Al-ckohol, but “Who
needed it, let him go to it’s
seller, saying: I want to buy this
bottle, but not the Al-ckohol
consisted, for I’m giving you the
money for the bottle not for the
Al-ckohol . He concludes “this is a
trick that is used to escape from
what is forbidden ([11]) He made a
Fatwa to some students who face
difficulties in universities with
attending Friday prayer at study
period to eat onion and garlic “so
they become pardoned from attending
Friday prayer. These are Jewish
Fatwas, the Jews tricked their God
when He ordered them not to fish on
Saturday, they trapped fishes on
Saturday and then collected them on
Sunday, then Allah changed them to
be apes. We are kindly directing
this question to the Habashi: Who
are you tricking: the seller,
yourself, or Allah? Does the Habashi
need to know that Allah watches the
intentions? This is the result of
those who twist the meaning of
Allah’s names and attributes, the
Habashi distorts the meanings of
Allah’s attributes, likewise
claiming that (Istawa: went over the
throne) means (controlled or
captured it) [See Izharul
Aqeedassunniyyah 38] such a
disgusting interpretation which
means That Allah controlled what was
out of his control. He calls it
(taaweel) and refers to scholars who
repented from it, such as Ash-ari
Gazali, Joeiny, and Al-Razi.
He
claims: “The unbeliever is ought to
be so, and without Allah he could
have never become unbeliever,
because Allah is the helper of the
Kaafir to become Kaafir . He cited
(Al-razi’s) statement “Man is
obliged and forced, but appears to
have a free choice([12]). This means
necessarily Allah should not punish
people because they are forced to do
evil, and have no free will!
He
stated that one who prays while
wearing only underwear covering his
private part: his prayer is valid,
and non should forbid him from
praying almost naked as far as he
believes it allowed to pray so, and
non has the right to forbid those
who show their thighs in public
Bathrooms, unless when they show the
two private parts, because showing
the thighs is not forbidden
according to many scholars([13]).
Now, imagine a Muslim praying while
full of dirt and almost naked! How
would it look like to you or to the
non-Muslim? These kinds of Fatwas
repel the non-Muslims from Islam.
He
claims that the first sight of the
women is not forbidden even if it
lasted for a long time. ([14])This
Fatwa disagrees with the Fatwa of
Sheikh Izz Bin Abdissalam who said
“Looking at woman is forbidden
because it is the first step to
fornication .
He
claims that “It is permissible for a
Muslim woman to go out even without
her husband’s permission to take
religious classes([15]) she can go
out decorated perfumed. His student
(Nizar) added “even wearing also the
very tight pants, for we attempt to
reconcile between religion and
fashion ([16])It seems that Habashi
is supporting people with Fatwas of
what they desire.
The
Habashi allowed women even to sing
and dance (Sarihubayan 161). Using
western musical instruments (Drams)
for their so called religious songs!
So, the words of the songs are
Islamic, but the music is western
style. This is an abnormal
phenomenon that an Islamic movement
talking too much about Islam allows
its persons to sing Islamic-western
musical songs!!!
That
is why their radio station in
Lebanon broad casts women singers,
praising in their songs secular
politicians, calling Christians “the
honorable citizens . This betrayal
confirms the news about their
Sheikh’s with the Ethiopian
government thirty years ago. The
betrayers praise Salahuddeen, claim
that they are on his way, but
Salahu-deen was a Hero not traitor,
he compelled the Baatinis and
Shiats, in contrary to what the
Habashis do today.
He
claimed that it is allowable for
woman to expose some of her body to
one who is usually disallowed to see
her as long as he is not looking at
her with sexual desire
(Bugiatuutaalib 288 but omitted in
the second edition).
He
allowed the Mahram to see every
thing from his female relative
(Sister, mother, daughter) except
what is between her navel and her
knee saying “who ever says that
(awrah) is more than that, his
saying is week (Bugiah 290 omitted
in the second Edition).
His followers opposed all Muslims
regarding the Qiblah direction in
U.S.A and Canada, declaring recently
that the earth is flat not rounded,
they were disappointed after the
failure debate with a Christian
Lebanese cabinet member broadcast in
1996 on a Lebanese TV Channel. It
was a ridiculous and silly debate
that caused Christians to trust
their religion and to mock Muslims,
charging them with ignorance because
they still reject this scientific
fact.
He
claims that the Quran is the meaning
of Allah’s speech, but not his
speech, for Allah speaks without
language, and He speaks only in His
soul. Al-habashi suggested
indirectly that this Quran is
expressed by Gerbil by citing this
verse (It is but the word of an
honorable messenger) (See Idh-har
Al-Aqeeda Assunniyah P. 58-59 & 69).
He
uses always false narrations,
asserting that Allah said to His
angels (Shutup my angels) and
ordered Jebril to offer drinks to
the inhabitants in heavens and earth
for the occasion of prophet
Mohamad’s birthday. Yet they still
call their Sheikh Al-Habashi as
Muhaddith.(Al-Mawlid ASharif P
11-16).
He
claims that Allah can not oppress if
He wants to do so, thus, Allah is
powerful over most things not all,
otherwise we should say He is
powerful over Himself (Idh-har
Al-Aqeeda Assunniyah P. 40) This
shows that He is following
philosophy not the Sunnah.
He and his followers slander many
scholars such as Ibn taimiah,
Al-dhahabi, sayid sabiq, Qutb, they
have better treatment and deal with
Christians, Baatinis, Shi-aits, than
to Muslims. They are criminals.
Recently, two of them [one and his
sister] killed their brother and cut
him into pieces in Lebanon [Tripoli]
because he used to slander their
Sheikh whom they believe him holy,
he can pray in Mecca while being in
China and able to fly to any place,
he meets with the prophet and
Al-khadr, his plegm is perfumed as
his follower (Nabeel Shareef claims
(MajaalisilHuda audio no.28), while
he himself considered the coming
water out of the mouth of the
sleeping person is impure, [Bugiah
N.E 121].
Thus
it should be known that this group
brings political projects, and these
projects are not Islamic. Their
project is to innovate, call others
apart from Allah, tricking Allah,
humiliating the scholars, charging
them in blasphemy, and cursing many
companions They are swerved from
straight path as Sheikh Ibn Baz and
other scholars declared, for they
were founded to provoke discord and
violation, and to cause more
scattering, deviation and
disturbance in this Ummah
